In May, Globecomm was ranked 12th in New York State among large companies as one of the best companies to work for. The fourth annual statewide survey – by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management, the Business Council of New York and Best Companies Group – identifies and recognizes the best places of employment in the State of New York.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the best employers in the Empire State. A survey was then conducted by Best Companies Group to evaluate and rank the employers on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies.
Dave Hershberg, Globecomm Chairman and CEO, said: “Making Globecomm a good place to work has always been a major goal of the Company. We are very proud of our great employees and this award, placing 12th in the large company category the first time we entered.”
