Kristin S. Harrison has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Ms. Harrison is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives; internally promoting the desired corporate culture; transforming HR efforts to attain our business strategies; and engaging business units as true partners to help execute the overall business strategy by getting the most out of the organization’s talent.
Ms. Harrison joined Globecomm in 2009 and immediately built a Human Resources Team aligned with the exponential growth of the various businesses within Globecomm. Ms. Harrison brings expertise in organizational growth and strategy advisement, team building, and employee performance counseling.
Prior to joining Globecomm, Ms. Harrison worked for companies in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and engineering industries.
Ms. Harrison obtained her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College.
